3 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons dried oregano

Dry the bocconcini well . I squeeze out the whey water , to keep my marinate undiluted you can lay them on a kitchen towel & blot out excess whey ( the liquid they come in )
Finely chop the parsley & basil , 🌶 vinegar chilli , this makes it mild in flavour .
put all ingredients except the bocconcini in a screw top jar & shake it well to mix oil, wine vinegar ,garlic , flakes & all
marinate the bocconcini balls ( can cut them in halves to make them bite size ) , refrigerated for a minimum of 4
hours , for flavour to marry !
